Online Consultant for English-Speaking Clients in Jerusalem



We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English-speaking clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English, has experience in customer service and enjoys working remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Assisting clients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products or services
- Providing product recommendations and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions in our database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient communication with clients
- Staying up-to-date on company policies, procedures and products to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem. However, it is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English and able to work remotely.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for employees who prefer to live near the office. However, as this position is open for remote work, accommodation will not be provided.

Visa:
As this position can be done remotely, having your own visa is not a requirement.
