Online Consultant


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and social media to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized assistance and recommendations
- Assist in maintaining the company's online presence through social media management and content creation
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (Hebrew or any other language is a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Salary:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem. However, candidates from all nationalities are welcome to apply.

Working Hours:
The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM.

Accommodation:
This position does not offer accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements in Jerusalem.
