Online Consultant (English-speaking)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Online Consultant to join our growing team in Jerusalem. As an Egyptian national, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. This full-time position requires prior experience in a customer-facing role, as well as fluency in English and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working remotely and have the ability to think on their feet and problem-solve quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from English-speaking clients via email, chat, or phone
- Provide accurate information and guidance on our products and services
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction processes
Requirements:
- Egyptian national with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
