We are hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other equipment on roofs or ground-mounted systems
- Ensure all equipment is properly connected and functioning correctly
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar energy systems
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Familiarity with electrical wiring and solar energy systems
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferences:
- Canadian or Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects preferred
