Solar Panel Technician



We are seeking a skilled Solar Panel Technician to join our team in Sheduva. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with no English language requirements and without prior experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the solar industry. As a Solar Panel Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar panels on rooftops or other structures
- Check system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- No English language requirements
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
- Previous experience in construction or electrical work is a plus, but not required
