Entry-Level Truck Driver


As an entry-level truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to their designated locations. You will operate a variety of trucks, including semi-trucks, flatbeds, and tankers, and handle different types of cargo. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to start a career in the transportation industry and is willing to learn on the job.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of trucks to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips, reporting any maintenance or repair needs
- Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes accordingly
- Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers as needed
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no serious violations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Physical strength and stamina to load/unload cargo manually if necessary
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. Salary may increase with experience and additional training.

Location:
This position is based in Las Vegas but may require occasional travel within the surrounding areas.
