Online Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. While experience is not necessary for this role, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the online consulting industry. This position does not include accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Faisalabad or willing to relocate at their own expense.
