Online Consultant - Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease
- Proficient in using various online platforms such as social media, chat, email, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
