Job Title: Online Consultant



As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual support and advice to clients through various online communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online chat, email, or phone to address their inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist clients in navigating our website and online platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues that clients may encounter
- Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, services, and company policies
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to clients
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with other departments if necessary
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as chat software or email platforms
- Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Location: This position is based in Faisalabad, but remote work options may be available for qualified candidates.

Compensation: The salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and airfare tickets for all nationalities.
