Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in the city of Salalah. Your primary role will be to plan, budget, and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and regulations. Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
and quality standards
- Proven experience in project management (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation
