Construction Manager - Salalah, Oman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Salalah, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects and will be responsible for ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction activities according to project timelines and budget
- Oversee the selection of subcontractors and materials for each project
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Manage project budget and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
