Junior Data Analytics Specialist

As a Junior Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the data analysis needs of our company. You will work closely with senior data analysts to collect, organize, and analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior data analysts to understand business needs and identify key areas for analysis
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Conduct statistical analysis and create visualizations to communicate findings
- Assist in developing predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives
- Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets
- Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationals preferred with valid visa sponsorship available

Salary: 1000$ per month
