Land Surveyor



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data and creating detailed maps and reports. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in land surveying and proficiency in various surveying tools and software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total stations and levels
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to create accurate maps, charts and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of measurements by regularly calibrating equipment
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and support to junior surveying staff members

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations and levels
- Familiarity with CAD software for creating maps and drawings
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Jerusalem. Candidates from African or Canadian backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirement:
Previous experience working as a Land Surveyor is required for this position.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required. However, excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
