Industrial Alpinist

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-altitude work in various industrial settings such as construction sites, oil rigs, and power plants. Your primary duties will include rigging and rope access, equipment maintenance, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-altitude work using ropes and rigging equipment
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and effective use
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed
- Keep detailed records of work performed, including any incidents or issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to industrial alpinism

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and rope access procedures
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract position. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
