Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in the US. As a computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving any issues they may have with their computer systems. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and applications
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor network operations to identify any issues or potential problems
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all technical issues and their resolutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant field is preferred
