As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious coffee and specialty drinks to our customers, while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and teas
- Ensure consistent quality in every drink by following recipes and proper techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and responding to inquiries or complaints
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Follow health regulations for food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities with a valid work visa/sponsorship
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must have a passion for coffee-making and a desire to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
