Bank Teller

A reputable bank in Medina is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while conducting various financial transactions for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service at all times
- Process various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Understand and adhere to all banking policies and procedures
- Assist customers with account inquiries, including balance inquiries and statement requests
- Identify sales opportunities and refer customers to appropriate banking products and services
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Adhere to security procedures to protect customer information and prevent fraud
- Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in banking or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
- Basic math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Medina. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Medina without the need for sponsorship.
