We are currently hiring a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, creating work schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage of food and beverage items.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
