- Assist the Restaurant Manager in recruiting, training and supervising staff members
- Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation to maintain high quality standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create weekly schedules for staff members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and promotions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
