Experienced Floral Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative floral designer to join our team at our bustling flower shop in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an experienced floral designer, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful and unique flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of our floral inventory, ensuring that all flowers are fresh and in top condition.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques
- Maintaining the quality of our floral inventory
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh flowers
- Assisting with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing, and restocking shelves

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional floral designer
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and how to arrange them in different styles
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members effectively
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing unique flower arrangements
- Knowledge of basic shop duties such as cleaning and organizing

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we do offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
