Administrative Assistant - Hawalli, Kuwait
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our office staff and assisting in daily administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist in organizing and maintaining documents and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- No previous experience required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
