Loader Operator


As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites, warehouses, or other locations. Your main duty will be to operate a loader vehicle to move and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, or other construction materials. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a loader vehicle to load and unload materials according to project specifications
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain cleanliness of the machine and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times and adhere to all company policies
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding loading tasks
- Ensure that materials are loaded correctly and safely onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Keep accurate records of materials loaded and unloaded
- Assist with general labor duties as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a loader operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to operate heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Strong physical stamina to handle equipment for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs or adjustments on equipment
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating loaders in a construction or warehouse setting
- Knowledge of safety regulations for operating heavy machinery
