We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions using machine learning techniques
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to train and validate models
- Optimize existing machine learning models for improved performance
- Communicate findings and insights from data analysis to non-technical stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of machine learning and integrate them into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL, Pandas, or NumPy
- Knowledge of data visualization techniques using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on natural language processing (NLP) projects
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure for deploying machine learning models
- Understanding of deep learning algorithms and their applications
