Our company is seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings of buildings to create a smooth and durable finish. This job does not require English proficiency and is open to candidates of any nationality, but preference will be given to Pakistani applicants.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Plasterer is preferred but not required
- Ability to work without supervision
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods
- Must have own visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship
- Must be willing to live in provided accommodation

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster, filling holes and cracks, and cleaning the area
- Mix plaster with water according to desired consistency
- Apply plaster evenly using trowels, brushes, or spray equipment
- Smooth and level plaster using hand tools or machines
- Finish surfaces by creating textures or patterns
- Clean up work area after each job
- Communicate with clients or supervisors on progress and any issues that may arise
