A reputable construction company in Ufa, Russia is seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluent in Malayalam preferred

Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces by removing old paint or wallpaper
- Mixing plaster or other materials according to specific ratios
- Applying plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns
- Creating textures or decorative patterns as required
- Repairing damaged areas and ensuring a smooth surface finish
- Cleaning tools and work area after each job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
