We are currently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and building interiors and exteriors. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster, smoothing and finishing surfaces, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of various types of plaster materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Ufa, Russia

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint, cleaning and smoothing the area
- Mix and apply plaster evenly over surfaces using trowels or spray guns
- Smooth out surface imperfections using hand tools or machines
- Follow blueprints or technical drawings for specific design requirements
- Apply decorative finishes such as stucco or textured finishes
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals on site as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
