Architectural Technologist
Location: Kaunas, Lithuania


We are hiring a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and modifying architectural designs according to project requirements. You will need to have excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the field of architecture and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs
- Utilize design software to create 2D and 3D models
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Create construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Communicate effectively with clients and other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes/regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
