We are looking for a creative and talented Web Designer to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. Your main goal will be to balance aesthetics with functionality to create engaging and effective online experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing websites using modern web design tools and techniques
- Collaborating with content creators, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design solutions
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into design concepts
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas
- Incorporating feedback from clients and team members into the final design
- Ensuring websites are optimized for various devices and browsers
- Testing and troubleshooting website functionality
- Staying up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design projects
- Proficient in web design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail

Salary:
1200$ per month
