Excavator Operator


As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move and grade earth and other materials on construction sites. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Operating and maintaining excavators according to safety regulations and manufacturer’s guidelines
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and reporting any malfunctions or damages
- Safely loading, unloading and transporting materials using the excavator
- Conducting pre-use inspections and performing routine maintenance on the excavator
- Collaborating with other construction workers to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Adhering to project timelines and meeting production goals
- Following project plans and blueprints to accurately complete excavation tasks

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating excavators in a construction or similar environment is preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams
- Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines related to heavy equipment operation
- Physical strength and stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, depth perception, and spatial awareness
- Highly detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, etc.

City:
This position is located in Los Angeles. Candidates from Nepali or foreigners with valid work permits are welcome.
