Online Consultant - Contract Position (Akron, Ohio)



We are seeking a skilled Online Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional virtual support to our clients through various online platforms. This position is ideal for students or individuals seeking a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Guide clients through our products and services, offering solutions and recommendations as needed
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant assistance to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms such as email, chat, video conferencing etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Akron, Ohio. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.

Visa Requirements:
Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible for employment authorization in the United States.
