We are seeking a talented Indian Floral Designer to join our team in Akron! In this role, you will use your creative skills and experience to design and create beautiful floral arrangements for our clients. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for creating arrangements for weddings, events, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in floral design, be able to work independently and efficiently, and have a passion for creating unique and stunning arrangements. Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating floral arrangements for weddings, events, and retail sales
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of flowers and supplies
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Collaborating with team members on event planning and execution
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Maintaining a clean and organized work space

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in floral design
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Biometric passport or eligibility to work in the USA

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month.
