Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine exact boundaries, property lines, and other features
- Use GPS equipment, total stations, and other tools to collect accurate data
- Analyze survey data using computer software and prepare reports
- Make recommendations for land use planning based on survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Experience working as a Land Surveyor (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS equipment and total stations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
