As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs and requests during their stay. This is a seasonal job, perfect for individuals who are looking for temporary employment without the need for previous experience or English language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in the area to make recommendations to guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and tidy at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Nationality preference: Egyptian or Kenyan
- No previous experience required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be physically able to lift luggage
