Customer Service Representative (Rental Company) - Nakuru, Kenya


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our rental company in Nakuru. As a CSR, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their rental needs
- Provide information about available vehicles and rates
- Process rental transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the rental process
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for customer use
- Maintain accurate records of rentals and payments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the rental company

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Computer literate with knowledge of basic office software
- Willingness to work on a contract basis without accommodation
- Must have free visa and ticket to work in Kenya

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month.
