Loader Operator


Our construction company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on our construction sites. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment to load, move, and unload materials on site
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep track of materials loaded and unloaded for accurate inventory management
- Assist with general labor duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment on construction sites
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English (basic proficiency preferred)
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1700 per month
