Our factory in Malindi is seeking hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team as Factory Line Workers. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Package and label finished products according to company standards
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English
