Web Designer - Shan, India


We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Shan, India. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs and branding of our clients. Your role will involve working closely with the development team to ensure that the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites that are aesthetically pleasing and functional
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts
- Use HTML, CSS, and other web development tools to bring designs to life
- Optimize website designs for different devices and browsers
- Ensure designs are SEO-friendly and adhere to web accessibility standards
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Experience with responsive design techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous website designs is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. As an English-speaking company, fluency in English is required.
