We are in search of a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Mauren. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures used in the building process, such as concrete forms, scaffolding, and support structures. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and accurate placement of these structures according to project specifications.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a Formworker and possess strong technical skills. You must also be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and plans to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to project requirements
- Assemble temporary structures using various tools and equipment
- Secure forms in place using tie wires or nails
- Pour concrete into forms and smooth out surfaces using hand tools
- Remove forms after concrete has set and clean up work area
- Inspect completed structures for accuracy and structural integrity

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety procedures
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment
