Waiter/Waitress

We are a bustling restaurant located in the heart of Balzers, seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, providing them with menus and answering any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal and promptly addressing any issues or concerns
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

We offer competitive pay starting at $1200 per month plus tips. This is a temporary position but has the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
