Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Gujrat. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms to automate processes and improve efficiency within our company. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to gather and analyze data, build predictive models, and deploy them into production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, and experience with programming languages such as Python or R. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models to support various business objectives
- Collaborate with data scientists to gather, preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering etc.
- Experience working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
