Welder (Entry Level) - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Welder to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Entry Level Welder, you will work under the supervision of experienced welders and learn how to operate welding equipment, read blueprints and diagrams, and perform quality checks on finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Work with experienced welders to learn proper techniques and safety procedures
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to determine welding specifications
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting, or grinding
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in welding is not required, but some basic knowledge is preferred
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Familiarity with different types of welding equipment is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills in English or Urdu
