Architectural Designer (Lahore, Pakistan)



We are searching for a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural plans and designs for various projects. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the designs. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of architectural principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who already have their own visa to work in Pakistan. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural plans and designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models
- Coordinate with other team members, such as engineers and contractors, to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, construction methods, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
