Architectural Designer (Contract) - Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for various architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and project teams to ensure that all design work meets the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your creativity and technical skills to create high-quality architectural designs for a variety of projects
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop design concepts that meet their expectations
- Collaborate with project teams including engineers, contractors, and other architects to ensure designs are feasible and within budget
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
