Sales Manager for Biometric Passport Solutions in Svalbard
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our biometric passport solutions in the region. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in Svalbard
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing them with timely solutions
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biometric passport industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport knowledge is preferred but not required
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month plus commission on sales.
