Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending events, etc.
- Manage the sales team by setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus commission based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Svalbard. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Svalbard.
