As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance and support to our clients through various online channels such as email, chat or phone. Your main tasks will include answering inquiries, providing guidance and advice, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also need to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up with clients as needed.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required. You must also be comfortable working with computers and have basic knowledge of online tools and platforms. A high level of empathy, patience and problem-solving skills are also essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. As this is an online position, we do not provide accommodation but welcome applicants from all nationalities who are able to work legally in Clairvaux.
