We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients through various online channels. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

In this role, you will use your excellent communication skills and technical knowledge to resolve client inquiries and provide them with an exceptional customer experience. Your duties will include responding to client emails, chats, and social media messages in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and escalating them to the appropriate departments when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of online platforms and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should also have previous customer service experience and be fluent in English.

This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately. Please note that this is a remote position and does not include accommodation.
