Maintenance Technician - Handyman


Are you a skilled and experienced Handyman looking for a new opportunity? Our company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ashdod. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various aspects of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to repair requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Install new fixtures and equipment as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is also desirable)
- Previous experience working in a similar role within a commercial or residential setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills
- Experience working with diverse teams

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod (accommodation provided)
