We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Review project designs and provide feedback to ensure compliance with building codes and standards
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare project budgets and track expenses throughout the duration of the project
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
