Solar Installer/Technician

We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar energy systems on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, with the potential for growth within the company.

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid biometric passport
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if necessary
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other components for solar energy systems
- Conduct site surveys to determine best locations for solar panel placement

- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar energy systems
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and maintenance performed
